Along with new income limits for low-cost Keystart loans, there is $0* stamp duty on all blocks under $300,000. Purchasers of blocks valued between $300,000 and $400,000 are also eligible for a lower rate of stamp duty on the land.
Act now to take advantage of the increase before time runs out, with blocks selling from $187,000**.
